Some examples of stuck energy can be found in people that are obese. Obesity can be caused by childhood trauma which may include sexual abuse. Perpetrators often tell the child they are sexually abusing that if they weren't so sexy and cute (as infants?) then they wouldn't have to abuse them, as if it's the child's fault. Unconsciously, the child will start putting on weight in hopes that it will put off the perpetrator by making them less attractive. And, if abuse takes place when the child is very young, they have no conscious memory of the event in adulthood. This can be especially true with some women who carry most of their weight in their hips, thighs and buttocks and have a reasonably normal sized top. Genetics is only an excuse. Often after getting married, a woman will realize that she has made a mistake but instead of getting a divorce, she will put on the pounds. Women do this unconsciously to make themselves unattractive so that they won't be tempted to leave. When we find ourselves overeating, we need to ask ourselves, “What hole in our life are we trying to fill with food?” Often we have no idea so we just keep eating. Excess weight is usually padding or protection - we just need to find out what from. Some obese people resort to surgery to help with their weight loss. This may help in the short term but additional physical problems often result since the energy that caused the weight gain in the beginning is still present. Women with problems in their female organs can also have stuck childhood issues. Often their problems will lead to hysterectomy and the woman thinks her problems are over. Usually, they will then have problems with their bladder or their intestines since the energy that caused the problem in the first place is still there. The energetic problem that causes breast cancer can usually be found in the heart. Broken hearts can be caused by death of a loved one, loss, or the end of a marriage or other relationship.
